Berkeley Castle Management

Back in 1982 after the completion of the renovations at Berkeley Castle, the complex was "officially" measured.  Needless to say, the size of the building has not changed.

However, standards for measuring have.  After more than 15 years with no changes, a new set of standards were issued by BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) this year.

More and more new tenants are asking for current drawings.  We have hired the services of "Extreme measures" to come with all their high tech equipement (laser measure and laptop)  to check every nook and crannie of the complex.

Over the next few weeks, one of their staff will come to your suite.  They wear an identifying shirt, and will introduce themselves.  They will do their job as unobtrusively as possible.  If an office door is closed, they will knock before entering.  If a door is open, they will enter, and measure.   If for some reason, you can not give them access to any part of your suite on their first visit, we ask that you make arrangements with them to come back at a later time.

Once all of this is compelte, we will have brand new, up to date and accurate  (computerized autoCAD) floor plans.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call me.

thanks for your co-operation

Linda.
